railway track poor insulation
the location suited my needs well it allowed easy access to transportation options
i encountered an issue with the room i reserved the room faced the railway track the noise from the trains was quite disruptive it continued late into the night and started early in the morning i expected better sound insulation considering the cost

ginza gem, a perfect stay!
convenient location amazing views great gym espresso machines
this hotel rocks i've stayed here thrice and it's always my first pick near ginza shopping and tsukiji outer markets the lobby's floor to ceiling windows give amazing views the entrance to the ginza line and a taxi stand are super handy. i hit the gym which opens at 6 am and it's great plus there are espresso machines in every room which is a total win. i enjoyed fresh toiletries daily.
honestly the only thing i could even remotely nitpick about is i noticed a tiny water stain on the bathroom window that wasn't cleaned but it was so minor it barely registered.

our corner room on the ninth floor had an very nice view of ginza with all the buildings lit up at night the room was quite large allowing for easy suitcase opening.

the staff here is so attentive during breakfast they prepared egg dishes exactly to order i was also very impressed with their efforts in organizing our luggage transfer so smoothly.

convenient subway helpful staff excellent service
I especially appreciated the subway entrance next to the hotel. It was convenient. the staff were helpful, i had a great experience. i was pleased they contacted me about a valuable item i had forgotten.
the gym had some equipment that was not functioning properly, a slight inconvenience.

The location was PRIME. It made accessing various parts of the city easy, A definite plus. The room was clean upon arrival, i appreciated that. The shower had fantastic water pressure. It was great after a long day.
The menu at the restaurant seemed a little limited though.

stained valance worn out carpet
the location is great near the jr as well as metro. it is easy access to the airport and places of interest.
i found the room was large. the two single beds were at one end and the tv the other end. the valance around the single bed had stains. the carpet was worn out and it was very expensive.
